After years at the helm of the beloved Babagatto restaurant, Alessandra and Raffaello return to the Festival with the flavours they know best.

Elba’s Pazza Pizza
Usually found in Mapua, Elba’s Pizza Pazza is a hidden gem serving up authentic Italian flavours. Their thin-crust, handmade dough is topped with fresh, quality ingredients and baked to perfection.
Funky Beadz
Add a pop of colour with handmade jewellery by Funky Beadz. Inspired by classic Murano glass techniques, Mathilde’s lampwork glass beads are crafted in New Zealand and transformed into playful earrings with a colourful retro vibe.
Gelato Roma
Handcrafted in Nelson with local A2 milk, Canterbury hazelnuts, and fruit from the Southern Alps, Gelato Roma blends the best of New Zealand ingredients with authentic Italian artistry. Simple and fresh!
Ice 2 CU
Beat the heat Italian-style with Ice 2 CU. Their refreshing grattachecca — shaved ice drizzled with vibrant Torani syrups — is a fun and flavourful treat for all ages. Sweet, colourful, and irresistibly cool, it’s the perfect festival pick-me-up.
Italian Pizza Garage
Italian Pizza Garage fires up authentic artisan pizzas using the finest locally sourced ingredients — all cooked to perfection in a mobile manuka wood-fired oven.
JK.14 Wines
Created by All Black legend Sir John Kirwan and run by the Kirwan Family, JK.14 is a celebration of Italy’s Treviso region. Try their elegant Prosecco, full-bodied reds, crisp whites, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and grappa.
K-Oui Patisserie
K-Oui Patisserie joins us with a special Italian-inspired twist. Founded by pastry chefs Hankyul Kim and Eva Nivet, K-Oui will celebrate the “Bel Paese” through Italian pastries and elegant pasticcini in the colours of the Italian flag.
Kakariki Olives
Ray and Brenda care for over 3,200 olive trees thriving under Nelson’s sunny skies and clay-rich soil. Specialists in the Tuscan Frantoio and Leccino varietals, they produce award-winning oils perfect for drizzling, dipping, or elevating your favourite dishes.
KiwiKai
Led by Reni Wereta-Gargiulo, KiwiKai started with her father’s marinated raw fish and has grown into a celebration of indigenous flavours. Enjoy favourites like pasta puttanesca, insalata di mare (seafood salad) and frittelle di neonata (whitebait pattie).
Pancho’s Porchetta Rotisserie
Pancho serves up mouth-watering, slow-cooked pork belly roasted to perfection. Choose between a hearty plate, a rustic ciabatta sandwich, or a fresh salad — all featuring their signature porchetta.
Pinoli Pine Nuts
Pinoli produces premium pine nuts (pinoli in Italian) in Marlborough, harvested by hand from 500 hectares of European stone pines. Ideal for pesto, salads, pasta, baking and much more.
PizzAmore
PizzAmore is Enrico Doro’s second love project – the pizza-focused sibling of What? Gnocchi (also at the festival). Expect beautifully crafted pizza with top-quality ingredients, and the same passion for Italian food that made Enrico’s pasta a local must-try.

Sabatino Tartufi
From the wooded hills of Umbria to kitchens around the world, Sabatino Tartufi has been sharing the magic of truffles since 1911. Distributed in New Zealand by Gemman International, their products offer a taste of Italy’s most treasured culinary tradition.
Salvito’s Pizza Bar
Founded by the descendants of Pasquale Fiatarone, Salvito’s Pizza Bar carries forward more than 130 years of family tradition. Today, new owners Marina and Federico continue the story, serving hearty Italian sausage sandwiches and more.
Sovrano Limoncello
For over 15 years, Sovrano Limoncello has been crafting exquisite Italian liqueurs right here in New Zealand. Taste their award-winning limoncello and other Italian-inspired creations.
Spritzzetto
Meet the new Spritzzetto, “Italy without the jetlag”. Mixed with premium NZ wine, Spritzzetto brings the spirit of Italian aperitivo to Kiwi go-to social gatherings. Easy to drink and even easier to love, it comes in two flavours: Spritz and Limoncello Spritz.

The spotlight at Tickety-Boo Liquor’s stall shines on Cocchi Vermouth. Founded in Turin, Italy, in 1891, Cocchi is widely regarded as a benchmark for quality vermouth. This is your chance to taste a true legend.
ViaVio Cheese
From Rome to Nelson, Flavio and Flavia turned their love of Italian cheese into ViaVio — a local brand blending Italian tradition with New Zealand’s finest A2 milk. At the Festival, sample their signature cheeses and platters. 100% natural and preservative-free.
